Mission Statement
The Bridge by H.O.P.E Foundation is a program that promotes helping at-risk, first generation college students and their families in underrepresented areas through positive education. Students that venture through the Bridge by H.O.P.E program will have the opportunity to bridge the gap and receive all the academic, social, and financial transitional tools necessary to get to and through college successfully.
Founded by Christal-Joy Turner in 2018, the Bridge by H.O.P.E Foundation caters to all students in any given situation and hopes to provide a stable foundation on their pathway to achieving their goals and guide them on their journey to being successful in an academic setting. The ultimate goal of the Bridge by H.O.P.E Foundation is to change the conversation of at-risk, first generation students and others who are trying to obtain a bachelor’s degree and beyond. Our programs have been designed to be G.L.O.B.A.L by being G.rowth L.earning O.pportunities through B.alanced A.djustment and L.eadership.
Through positive education, mentorship, community outreach, and other various programs, we hope to change the community by uplifting at-risk youth and providing the adequate knowledge that will prepare them for their future. The essential message that the Bridge by H.O.P.E Foundation plans to convey to its’ students is that they can overcome any obstacle, master their fate, and be knowledgeable of how to be an uplifted contribution of society. By Helping Others Through Positive Education, the Bridge by H.O.P.E Foundation will develop the leaders of tomorrow by preparing them for their transition today.
